- Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and a photo of the item if it’s damaged or incorrect.
Step 2: Wait for Confirmation
- Our support team will review your request.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return address.
Step 3: Pack Your Item
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ensure it’s unused and unwashed.
Step 4: Ship It Back
- Send the package to the provided address.
- You can use any reliable courier service.
- (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it’s a damaged or wrong item.)
Step 5: Receive Exchange or Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method.
